1. Acceptance of orders must be approved by the seller's General manager or his authorized appointee.
2. Prices are quoted at item of order and are subject to change prior to shipping. All prices are exclusive of tooling charges, logo charges, additional charges associated with special runs such as: pin-holes, waffles, logos, coated materials and/or special packaging. Freight is f.o.b. our plant in Louisville, Kentucky.
3. Any tooling, dies, and/or logos made for the buyer's production of goods are considered to be the property of the seller and will remain in the possession of the seller. Charges for such items are for the construction of those items only.
4. All products are manufactured and shipped within established commercial tolerances.
5. Any Merchandise returns for claims of damage or any other reason must first be approved by the seller. Charges incurred in unauthorized returns will be paid by the buyer.
6. Seller agrees to produce and ship products as good as or better than samples approved by buyer.
7. Terms: All sales, unless otherwise agreed to, will be Cash, Check or Money Order prior to production of product. Those seeking extended or modified terms may so request. All such requests, references, must be approved by our credit department.
